Job Description

Full cycle general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and close activities.

Record and exam financial transactions and financial documents, responsible for AP, AR, invoice, bank reconcile, ensuring the accuracy of bookkeeping and that the bookkeeping is compliant with GAAP and state and federal laws.

Preparing monthly financial reports and forecasting for management, performing risk analysis evaluations. Analyze data to advise on budget management, cost reduction, and tax planning to leadership to support business decision making

Assist with internal controls and external financial audits when needed.

Ensuring company systems and data are up to date. Working with management to assess financial operations, identify risks, and recommend ways to improve profitability.

Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Preparing year-end tax returns, staying updated on regulatory changes.

Month end close process improvements and reporting accuracy.

Work closely with cross functional team members to ensure business operation smoothly.

Utilizing accounting and ERP software, AI, or automation tools to streamline workflows and secure data.

Providing advanced Excel data analysis and reporting on customer forecast and actual sales, monitoring and keeping safety stock by calculating and issuing purchase orders and shipping notice to suppliers, and internal work order planning for operation, reducing SLOB inventory per the advanced Excel data analysis result and report.

Improve product quality, using advanced data analysis to solve production quality problem and improve cost reduction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or engineering

At least one-year related work experience

Familiar with QuickBooks Enterprise

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Can complete work in a timely manner independently or with minimum supervision

Engineer, Norcross GA -- Open
Job Description

New product design and current product improvement, including SolidWorks drawing, technical specification, test, and PPAP.
-
Quality control, inspection plan, work instruction, quality manual and documents.
-
Solve manufacturing, quality, and production problem, improve production efficiency and reduce bad part rate
-
Work with customers and suppliers on engineering and quality topics to solve problems.
-
Work with production team ensure no quality problem in production and finished parts.
-
Collaborate with supplier to ensure new product can move into production smoothly.
-
Provide engineering leadership in team meeting, including team meeting with customers and suppliers.
-
Develop and implement product design changes to reduce cost and improve product quality.
-
Provide technical support for lab test, analyze test data.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering field
-
Minimum 1 years experience as R&D engineer or Product Engineer, must be familiar with SolidWorks
-
Must worked in a manufacturing environment and knows how to solve quality problem.

Strong analytical skills including problem solving skills.

Can work independently with no or minimum supervisory.

Self-motivate, can manage time efficiently and complete work by deadline.
