Supply Chain Specialist, Norcross GA

Job Description

  • In charge of supply chain management, including PO schedule and supplier quality

  • In charge of supplier quality, review and approve supplier quality report, issue and approve SCAR

  • Approve supplier major change, and supplier continuous improvement

  • Work with company engineer team on product design, PPAP.  

  • Keep safety stock as required, submit PO calculation report and WO calculation report. 

  • Issue PO to suppliers, work with suppliers on production and shipping schedule

  • Work Order planning and scheduling

  • Shipping, receiving, inventory

  • Work with customer quality department, submit quality document as needed 

  • Work with logistic companies, forwarders, and service providers

  • Data entry, QuickBooks, Fishbowl

  • Monthly bad part report, provide analyze report monthly 

  • Maintain and update company files on cloud drive

  • Owner of company Quality Manual

  • Other duties assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, prefer in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering

  • At least one-year related experience

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin/Spanish

  • Must be good at Microsoft Office, especially excel

  • Six sigma or QuickBooks experience preferred

  • Can complete work before deadline, and provide deliverables with accuracy

  • Can work independently with no or minimal supervision

  • Good communication skill and data analytical skill

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, we sponsor H-1b

Product Design Engineer, Norcross GA

 Job Description

  • New product design and current product improvement, including SolidWorks drawing, technical specification, test, and PPAP.

  • Quality assurance, quality control, inspection plan, work instruction, quality manual and documents.

  • Solve manufacturing and production problem, improve production efficiency and reduce bad part rate

  • Work with customers and suppliers on engineering and quality topics to solve problems.

  • Collaborate with supplier to ensure new product can move into production smoothly.

  • Provide engineering leadership in team meeting, including team meeting with customers and suppliers.

  • Develop and implement product design changes to reduce cost and improve product quality.

  • Provide technical support for lab test, analyze test data. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering field

  • Minimum 1 years work experience as R&D engineer or Product Engineer

  • Must be familiar with SolidWorks.

  • Strong analytical skills including problem solving skills.

  • Can work independently with no or minimum supervisory.

  • Self-motivate, can manage time efficiently and complete work by deadline.

  • Bilingual preferred (English and Mandarin/Spanish)
